Yes. The first demo or discovery call is free for your organization. We use it to understand your workflow, show Springbase, and recommend the right next step — not to tour features.
No. Success hours cover workflow discovery, data & context mapping, Plan setup, Asset creation, Recipe creation, user training, and adoption support. Training is one part of a full implementation program.
You can, but we don't recommend it. Implementation gets the first workflows live. Monthly success hours are what turn those workflows into adopted Recipes the whole team relies on.
Services are sold as prepaid success hours, separate from your platform subscription. Taxes are extra as applicable. Implementation hours are valid for 90 days; retention hours can roll over for one month.
We keep the hourly rate standard. When it makes sense, we apply a package-level discount tied to term or scope — never an eroded rate.
